He has overseen projects and budgets exceeding $10 million, with a strong focus on planning, efficiency, and long-term performance.

Mitch stays current with industry advancements and works closely with clients to deliver systems that meet both operational and sustainability goals.

John MacInnis, RSE
Refrigeration Mechanic | Co-Founder

John has over 25 years of experience delivering refrigeration solutions for major clients including Walmart, Loblaws, Sobeys, and Costco.

His career includes roles in service, project management, and operations, giving him a full understanding of what it takes to deliver successful projects.

John is hands-on, focused on the work, and committed to building strong teams that consistently deliver high-quality results.

Office and Project Manager

Amy brings over 20 years of experience in the refrigeration industry, with a focus on project coordination and office operations.
